Pro Athlete Law Group is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We only have access to information that you voluntarily give us via email or through your new client package. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We will use your information to respond to you regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization other than as necessary to fulfill your request e.g. doctors, defense attorneys
You may visit this site and learn about Pro Athlete Law Group anonymously. Although we use a website visitor statistics program that compiles information about visitors to this site (such as browser type, pages accessed, duration of visit, and other usage statistics), that program does not identify you. The program also collects your IP address, but this information generally does not reveal your identity. This website does not use “cookies”, small files that are sent to your browser and stored on your hard drive to record how and when you use a site.
Pro Athlete Law Group collects personally identifiable information about you only if you voluntarily provide it to them by requesting further information from them.
Any electronic communication sent to Pro Athlete Law Group may not be secure and thus may be disclosed. Accordingly, we request that you do not send sensitive or confidential information electronically. In addition, the sending of electronic mail to any lawyer or other contact/address identified in the site does not create a lawyer-client relationship, and the contents of any such mail are not privileged, unless the sender is a current client of Pro Athlete Law Group and the communication is sent pursuant to that relationship.
