Ms. McQueen has been working in the legal profession since 1988 and earned her Juris Doctor from Western Sierra Law School. Throughout her distinguished career, she has gained extensive experience working for both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide range of civil litigation matters, including workers’ compensation, personal injury, medical malpractice, products liability, and construction defect claims. This diverse background provides her with a comprehensive understanding of litigation strategy from multiple perspectives, allowing her to effectively advocate for our clients.
A lifelong resident of San Diego, California, Ms. McQueen is the proud mother of three adult children, each of whom has served in the United States Armed Forces. Outside of her legal career, she enjoys riding motorcycles with her husband and spending quality time with her family and beloved dog.
